Metaphysical Services are curated experiences for inner clarity, self-discovery and spiritual unfoldment. Drawing on contemplative traditions, embodied practices, relational work and the expressive arts, they invite people to explore who they are, connect more authentically and live with greater presence. At a Vessel, this exploration becomes a shared experience.
Metaphysical Sessions
The heart of the Vessel. Led by facilitators, these group experiences bring Metaphysical Services into practice through movement and breath, meditation, authentic relating, creative expression and symbolic inquiry.
Some invite stillness; others invite movement, dialogue or play. Each offers a different way to explore yourself in the company of others.
Afterward, a shared Gaia Boca meal and time in the Living Room create space for reflection, conversation and integration. The programme evolves with each local community.
Inside the Vessel
An open door to the neighbourhood. Step in, ask questions, discover the programme and find your way into the Vessel.

The shared hearth: conversation, books, games and quiet reflection. A generous place to settle in before or after an experience.
02 / Living Room
Facilitated group experiences in movement, mindfulness, expressive arts and human connection. Participation invites new ways of relating to yourself and others.
03 / Session Rooms
The living-food heart of the Vessel. Raw plant-based meals turn nourishment into a shared experience of care, reciprocity and connection.
04 / Gaia Boca
A place for young people to explore, create and connect across generations. Available activities and childcare depend on the local Vessel.
05 / Youth Space
The working heart behind the scenes. Facilitators, Crew and local partners coordinate programmes, nurture projects and support the wider Lodestar network.

Arrive. Settle. Reconnect.
Start in the public Lobby: discover the programme, confirm your booking and check in. Before entering the Vessel Proper, store shoes and devices to make room for presence.
Join your session, then share a Gaia Boca meal and spend time in the Living Room. The experience has space for both conversation and quiet integration.
A Session Pass brings together one session and one meal, with childcare where available. Programmes, passes and facilities vary by location.

Open to everyone.
Each Vessel is shaped by its neighbourhood. Existing buildings can find new life; smaller formats adapt the core experience to local realities.
Non-religious and non-sectarian, Vessels welcome people across backgrounds and beliefs. Crew, facilitators and local partners bring the vision to life.
